The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void in Quebec, Canada and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes runs on a monthly basis. Each calendar month constitutes one Sweepstakes Period. Draws are conducted manually by the Sponsor during the first week of the following month.
Players who have achieved LLC tier or higher (500+ lifetime Mogul Points) and are in the LLC, Corporation, or Conglomerate business tier automatically receive additional entries equal to their monthly Mogul Points (MP) earned during the Sweepstakes Period.
Mogul Points are earned through free in-game activities including: daily login (+1 MP), watching optional ads (+2 MP), prestige (+25 MP), quest completion, and streak bonuses. There is a daily cap of 20 MP. No purchase is required to earn Mogul Points.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds improve proportionally with entry count.

The prize bank is funded by 20% of the Sponsor's monthly AdSense advertising revenue. If monthly revenue is less than $50, the 20% allocation rolls into the bank for future draws. No draw will be held if the prize bank balance is less than $10.
Winner may choose either cash via PayPal or a physical gift card. No cash equivalent substitution for the gift card option. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners are selected by a random weighted drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing is conducted manually by the Sponsor using a weighted random algorithm. Selection is final and binding.
The potential winner will be notified via the contact information on file. The potential winner must respond within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within 14 days or inability to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in the prize being forfeited and may result in selection of an alternate winner.
Winner must provide: (a) valid PayPal email address OR mailing address for gift card; (b) full legal name; (c) confirmation of eligibility. Sponsor reserves the right to request additional verification. Prize will be fulfilled within 30 days of claim verification.
By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor from any liability related to: participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance/use of prize, technical failures, unauthorized access, or any printing/typographical errors.
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner's consent to use winner's anonymous game handle (display name) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

How we collect and use your data in connection with the prize draw
In connection with the Monthly Prize Draw, TapMogul collects and processes:
Draw records (including winner information) are retained for a minimum of 1 year for compliance purposes. Anonymous game statistics are retained as long as the service operates.
TapMogul does not sell, rent, or trade player data to third parties. Data is shared only with prize fulfillment services (PayPal) when a winner claims their prize.
Player data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore. By playing TapMogul, you agree to Firebase's Privacy Policy. All player IDs are anonymous — no email address or real-world identity is linked to your game account unless voluntarily provided upon prize claim.
You may request deletion of your game data by contacting the Sponsor. Note that deletion of data will result in loss of game progress and prize eligibility.
